Ingredients
- 2 cups Babakau mix
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 250g margarine melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder optional
Icing
- 1 and 2/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 100g margarine
- 4 tablespoon hot water
Method
- Mix together all the base ingredients until well combined.
- Press into a slice tin.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Make chocolate icing using desired quantities of ingredients and spread over base.
- Cut into equal squares when the icing has hardened
