Ingredients

  • 2 cups Babakau mix
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 250g margarine melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder optional

Icing

  • 1 and 2/4  cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 100g margarine
  • 4 tablespoon hot water

Method

  1. Mix together all the base ingredients until well combined.
  2. Press into a slice tin.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Make chocolate icing using desired quantities of ingredients and spread over base.
  6. Cut into equal squares when the icing has hardened
